Upsy Daisy Floral Studio and Gifts are proud to offer FREE local shipping within Norfolk County if you purchase on this site. For those located outside of town, please send us a message on Facebook or call the shop at 226-931-6131 and we will discuss delivery options! We do our very best to ensure prompt delivery and will process your order within 1-2 business days; having it ready for free local delivery in 2-4 business days. 


Substitution Policy on Fresh Flowers and Gift Baskets

Occasionally, floral or food item substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional

availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced

florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and

will substitute only fresh flowers or food items of equal or higher value. We will do our best to

accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be

delivered on time and date. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order

will be delivered as soon as possible.

 All orders to be delivered in Norfolk County are eligible for free local delivery. Orders are typically processed in 24hrs and delivered in 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as our products are compromised as of being open. If your product is damaged upon delivery, we are happy to replace it or offer a credit if it is unavailable. 

Fresh Flower and Gift Baskets

The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient's information is

complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or

incomplete information (including door code) provided by the customer, the order

will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that you may change your mind about your purchase and offer a 24 hr cancellation policy on product orders placed. 

Return & Exchange Policy: We appreciate your business but do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your product was damaged upon delivery, we will provide you with in-store credit, less the shipping costs.

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already

delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or

change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our shop

directly. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or with the flowers or gift baskets delivered please contact us so we can solve it as soon as possible.
