Delivery
Orders are normally ready for pick up within 1-2 business days from placing the order, and customers will be notified by email. Of course we are willing to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Please enquire.
For my Brantford customers: Magicalspiritualgifts.com at 264 King George Rd is our local pick-up point. I will be dropping off orders for pick up weekly and will let you know when your order is there.

This shopmytown.ca site is currently only delivering orders within Norfolk County, so if you are outside Norfolk County please choose one of the local pick up options or request a shipping quote (actual postage) which will be charged separately. I will contact you to make arrangements for either free curbside pick up in Waterford (25 minutes from West Brant Plaza where I used to be) or at Magical Spiritual Gifts in Brantford. I will be dropping off orders for pick up weekly and will let you know when your order is there.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, sealed, unused items may be returned at the customer's expense (or porch drop off back to the store) by pre-arrangement for exchange or refund within 1 week of receipt. Not applicable for ingestible items that are sold in baggies and not sealed such as herbs and diatomaceous earth.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.
