Delivery

Orders are normally ready for pick up within 1-2 business days from placing the order, and customers will be notified by email.  Of course we are willing to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.  Please enquire.

For my Brantford customers:  I am looking for a permanent local pick up point in Brantford, but for now I offer  FREE pickup weekdays at the A & W in Cainsville at Just after 3:00pm (when my husband finishes work) or $5 door to door delivery.

This shopmytown.ca Norfolk site is currently only delivering orders within Norfolk County, so if you are outside Norfolk County please choose one of the local pick up options or request a shipping quote (actual postage) which will be charged separately.   I will contact you to make arrangements for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened, sealed, unused items may be returned at the customer's expense (or porch drop off back to the store) by pre-arrangement for exchange or refund within 1 week of receipt.  Not applicable for  ingestible items that are sold in baggies and not sealed such as herbs and diatomaceous earth.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.
