Shipping Policy
Norfolk County is graciously covering the cost of shipping within Norfolk County. Therefore shipping within Norfolk County is free to the customer.
Also customers may pickup product at the shop location as a shipping option.
Customers outside of Norfolk County are responsible for shipping and delivery costs. The options are:

Returns & Exchanges
Refund Policy
Refunds only considered when product is damaged in shipping. If this happens customer must advised the shop within 48 hours of receipt. When advising the shop by email please include photos of the damage. The shop will evaluate the damage and determine if a refund is due. If return due only the product price will be refunded. The shop will advise the customer if the damaged goods must be returned to the shop.
