All orders will be shipped from our store in Port Dover. Liberty staff will package all orders with care to prevent damage from occurring during shipping. Any items damaged in shipping will be exchanged or refunded upon return or proof of destruction. Should you receive your order in damaged condition, please take photos and notify us by email at [email protected]
All items sold on this website are in-stock and will be packed for shipping on the next day on which the brick and mortar store is open for business. The store is open seven days a week in the summer, three days a week in the dead of winter, and some number in between during the fringe seasons.
Returns & Exchanges

In the event that a product is sold on the shopmytown.ca platform and is simultaneously sold in our brick and mortar store, there may not be enough inventory to fulfill the shopmytown.ca order. If this is the case, the shopmytown.ca order will be refunded, with our apologies. Substitutions will not be made. We will then reach out to the customer to explain the overselling situation and suggest appropriate replacement items.
Cancellations are accepted ONLY if the order has not yet been shipped. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided to customer through the website and to whatever method of payment was used to make the purchase.
Returns will be accepted providing the product is in the same condition in which it was sold. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer, returns will not be refunded, but exchanged or given store credit only. Exchanges can be made for in-stock inventory only.
