Delivery

We are excited to offer free local delivery on all orders placed through Shop Norfolk and are to be delivered in Norfolk County. Orders are typically processed in 24hrs and delivered in 1-2 business days. Customized/personalized orders will require  2 weeks.   Delivery in other local areas may be available by vendor. Pick up in Port Ryerse  is also available. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you decide your purchase is not what you wanted, you can exchange it for something else of the same value. There are no cash refunds. 

Cancellation Policy

Items may be returned at the customer's expense (or porch drop off back to the store) by pre-arrangement for exchange  within 1 week of receipt.  Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
