Currently, during the Corona-Virus situation, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Under normal circumstances...
Our policy is for EXCHANGE ONLY (no returns) on Cashmere & Cobwebs regular-priced fashion items. If 14 days have past since the purchase date, the sale is then final.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or have tags attached.
Several types of goods are FINAL SALE & do not qualify for an exchange. Those items include...jewelry, intimate apparel, scarves, socks, footwear, spa items, all C-Squared Home & Décor items, all Pickers Antiques Warehouse items, all Second To None items.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact [email protected] We will then forward instructions to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item has been received back and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your replacement item will be processed and resent.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged...unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, additional shipping costs may need to be arranged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
